Nick Diener is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, offering training in person as well as online. Nick's main goal is to get everyone off of their couch and involved in a fit lifestyle. He believes that exercise and proper nutrition are the most efficient and inexpensive forms of healthcare available to us in a world that tells us there is a magic pill for everything. Through strength and cardiovascular training, choosing the right foods, and consistency, everything about our bodies and minds can be improved. ONLINE TRAINING is an incredibly cool option for those who may not be able to train with me because of distance issues or anyone who is looking to get on the right track when it comes to their fitness and nutrition. Online training has become my primary method because of my worldwide reach after years of traveling. Here is what you can expect when you sign up:

  • A custom, personalized 12-week training program based on your goals, your lifestyle, the type of equipment to which you have access, and how many days a week you can dedicate to training. Going online to find a plan just doesn't cut it since everyone's situation is unique.
  • Nutritional guidance to get you to where you need to be, whether it's shredding fat or putting on some size and strength (or both!)
  • Recommendations on supplements.
  • Preliminary phone or e-mail consultation plus help along the way whenever you may need it.

For these next few months, I'm offering all of this for only $100. This is 12-weeks of training and guidance for the price of ONE hour long session from a big city personal trainer breathing down your neck.

PERSONAL TRAINING is available regularly to those who live in the Tri-Cities area of Michigan (Saginaw-Bay City-Midland). We can train in your gym if you need someone to show you the ropes and push you a little harder. We can train in your living room if you want privacy and would rather stay in. Or, for those who are a bit hardcore, we can train in my garage full of barbells, heavy iron, leg extension/curl machines, gymnastics rings, and more (just wear a hoodie in the winter and a tank top in the summer, you'll thank me later.)

Sessions can also be set up if you're willing to fly me out to wherever you are, or if I'm traveling and have openings. Pretty much any type of scenario is possible!

One-on-one sessions are $40/hour. If you can commit to a handful of sessions in a row, the price decreases!

1 session - $40/hour

6 sessions - $35/hour

12 sessions - $30/hour
